We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Anka Noble Prints.
If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days under the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a refund, even if you simply changed your mind.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Please contact us at info@anka-prints.com before sending your item back, and include your order number.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items damaged by misuse or improper handling

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Digital downloads or gift cards

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@anka-prints.com with photos.
We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return it (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.

7. Order Cancellations

Because all products are made to order, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of purchase.
After that time, production has begun, and the order cannot be canceled.
