Orders are processed within the estimated time frame shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs, and courier delays.

We are not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.
Ownership and risk pass to you once the product has been delivered to the shipping address provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

All images, artworks, designs, and text on our website are the exclusive property of Anka Noble Prints.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

7. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

We guarantee that our products are free from material defects at the time of delivery.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anka Noble Prints is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data, or use.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or damage to life, body, or health caused by our negligence.

8. Promotional Codes and Discounts

Only one discount code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
Promotional codes cannot be redeemed for cash, combined with other offers, or applied retroactively to previous purchases.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and all transactions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If you reside outside the EU, local consumer protection laws in your country may still apply.
