At Anka Noble Prints, every art print is made to order and shipped with great care.
Below you’ll find all relevant details about processing times, delivery, and shipping costs.

1. Processing Time

All orders are custom-produced. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
During high-volume periods or sales, production times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

These are estimated time frames provided by our carriers. Delays due to customs, local holidays, or courier issues are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website when available.

4. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most international destinations.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@anka-prints.com for assistance.

6. Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot redirect shipments once they have been dispatched.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails for reasons within the customer’s control (e.g., incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery), any additional shipping costs incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.
This does not affect your rights under our Refund Policy.

8. Customs and Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

9. Local Pickup

We do not offer local pickup due to logistical reasons.
